We are Palaeontologists
The reception children have been busy digging for fossils this week in reception. They explored the 'dinosaur rock' with various tools and carefully extracted their fossil finds. They children displayed many characteristics of effective learning; showing high levels of fascination and excitement and persisting with the challenge of digging in the rock!
What a fabulous activity...Everyone looks so engaged and focussed on fossil finding...Lovely to see such brilliant concentration in Reception...
