Since half term we have been learning about Celebrations...specifically Diwali when many parents came in to celebrate with us. We had Coconut Barfi, made Diva pots, Diwali cards, RANGOLI patterns, masks, decorations and colouring. Parents especially enjoyed The Story of Rama and Sita being acted out by the children.

Since then we have followed children's interests and been working on activities related to Jack and the Beanstalk. The children are all making great progress with their individual Learning Flight Paths and we have been setting new challenging Targets.
Watch this space as we have been practising and preparing for our Christmas Spectacular - Away in a Manger Nativity story class assembly. Thanks to those parents who have helped children learn lines and provide costumes already.
